What We Offer
- Top of the line assisted living care and facilities
- Require all potential tenants to fill out an application and pay non-refundable application fee in order to thoroughly process a background, credit, employment, landlord, and reference check
- Drive by inspections are done monthly and one inside inspection per year
- Move in and move out inspections done and quality images are taken
- Owner statements provided each year
